Avijit developed a keen interest in developing his culinary skills only after he landed in Australia. He started this journey by learning Indian recipes. Soon his adventures took him into the flavors, food and ingredients from other countries. During his journey into food, he has also created his own fusion recipies that bring together the taste of various countries onto a plate.
Avijit has very successfully produced recipes from Thailand, Italy, Greece and the Mediterranean countries. He has often said in interviews that when he is away from his studio, he loves spending time in the kitchen cooking up new dishes for family and friends.
